Aries Brokerage & Trading West Africa Ltd (AB&T) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company operating within the petroleum downstream sector of Ghana. Incorporated in May 2025, AB&T commenced the operation and distribution of petroleum products under the licensed of Ebony Oil and Gas Limited, in January 2026.
AB&T was established to meet the industry need for affordable high quality petroleum products accompanied by reliable technical and superior services. In line with these needs AB&T projects to distributed over half a million metric tonnes of various refined petroleum products onto the Ghanaian market via distribution partnership with key retail and marketing companies.
AB&T leadership team is among one of leading in BIDECs in Ghana and holds strategic supply relationship with Exxon Mobil, Vitol Trading S.A., British Petroleum (BP), and Trafigura and trades in all refined petroleum products including Gasoline, Gasoil, Marine Gas Oil (MGO), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Fuel Oil.
With a passionate, dynamic, and competent team, AB&T is poise to delivered consistent value to its partners and stakeholders within the downstream value chain resulting in profitability and market share growth for its partners before it was fully incorporated in May 2025.
The board and management of AB&T was constituted in January 2026. The board and management have been structured to oversee the growth in market share and profitability.
